Does anyone have any remedies for relieving back pain?


in car accident in november. woman ran red light , hit driver side going 40 mph. caused damage vertebrae in neck. in physical therapy therapy 3 days week , seeing chiropractor along heat , electrotherapy. me move pain around - hips, shoulders, neck, , other parts of back. nothing seems work! if has other recommendations grateful hear them. i'd willing try relief pain. 22 , full time student full time job starting interfere daily life. can't stand narcotics tried altram substitute loratab , did nothing, made decision not take naproxen. can't show class , work high on pills every day - nor want addicting. keep liver in health.

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
