number....1-855-837-9965 ...was accessed on 1/30/13 , answered immediately...go figure..

i've tried button @ top of screen , numerous other options, see no way send email yahoo directly, if subscribe mail plus. every option takes me "self-help" page, want contact actual person. how can this?
