Need help to improve my 'near-sighted' vision?


i'm learning how drive @ moment , need able read number (license) plate 20 metres away. can read 18 metres. heard there ways improve vision naturally, (i know not using computer 1 of them xd) there exercises work , me become bit more long sighted?
