Netflix isnt working on ps3?!?


of have reported experiencing error when trying view netflix device, ps3.

have tested ps3 netflix app , working fine us. we've not been able reproduce error. whilst can't offer permanent solution @ time - these suggestions have helped many people suffering same issue. continue keep working towards finding solution.

​- 1 user able fix issue deleting netflix app , netflix data in game data utility section section on home screen. reinstall app,then when says needs update, select ok when shows ok second time, cancel. may need sign in again.

- user able fix issue deleting netflix app ps3. opened dns settings , set them 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4. signed psn , downloaded , installed netflix app. sign netflix app. went dns settings , set them our dns servers. rebooted ps3, make sure clicked service status logging our website , open netflix without error.

- else solved problem logging in , out of netflix app on ps3. other way go netflix website , deactivate devices. registration information being corrupted , re-activation helps.

- procedure on how deactivate device netflix account please follow steps below.
1. go netflix website , enter login email , password. click "continue".
2. click on "your account & help" in upper-right corner of home page.
3. click on "manage netflix-ready devices , computers".
4. should see listing of netflix activated devices , computers.
5. deactivate device click on deactivate button device, , confirm want deactivate device in pop-up box.

exit netflix > start netflix app on ps3.
while loading, press [select]+[start]. ask if want reset. click "yes".
relogin netflix.
should work now, normal.
in addition these solutions, please sure remember "check service" on computer or ps3 browser , ensure our service active. sure don't have netflix app open when change netflix selection our setup page. once choose netflix country preference, sure update , wait minute or 2 before opening netflix app on ps3.
