Land value tax rates for Delaware?


rates vary depending on lot of factors such location, usability, farm, commercial, residential, etc.

, check various county websties idea of land value taxes (lvt) now. have factor in how income tax collected in deleware , apportion lvt equitably, is, according whether land farm (lowest tax), residential, or commercial (highest tax). there may other land value factors consider well.

also, how factor in taxes people not own land? people in appartments?

how wealthy people don't own land taxed fairly? how poor people & farmers might own lots of land have little income pay increased taxes?

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
