gto stroker 389 cubic inch small block gm tri-power.(3 2bbl carbs) same effect, not of problem. common thing pick salvage yard truck 350 ci v8 because have 4 bolt mains. rebuild 383 stroker. find tri-power intake on ebay the 3 deuces. tri-power 389 pontiac put in option large body pontiacs @ time. not can away without choking thing out smog issues, should able grandfathered in no cat in states. california exception. rebuild require 400 ci crankshaft new connecting rods , pistons. put 4 speed in it(that biggest cost of project)and have wolf sheep's clothing.

is wondering if put 2012 pontiac gto engine in 72 buick skylark want have same horsepower , same muscle sound original engine answers fine thank you

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
