Bar staff employee rights?


have worked in local pub on , off 5 years when in between jobs. have seen many different managers , owners. new management first have had trouble with. have bullying attitude , have no regard staff. more specific things believe in breach of our rights. firstly, have not been paid hours on christmas know did wrote down hours separately. unfortunately, want proof yet cannot give them keep sign in sheets.
secondly, have made staff take breaks @ beginning of shifts forcing them take further half hour unpaid breaks whenever not busy in shift cut costs. thirdly, want have staff on call on weekends in case needed. staff expected available work not being paid on call.
also, mistake large party tabs getting mixed up. staff got blame money lost through , taking our tips past 2 weeks pay this.
lastly, haven't been given shifts since queried payment owed, not invited staff training. looks have fired me without giving me notice of dismissal
not of has happened me , don't care whether work or not not dependent on job. other employees scared fire people no hesitation or take away shifts (they have taken away weeks shifts girl calling in sick). best way make sure not away this? furious @ people thinking can treat people way
