How can I be more creative?


silly. playful. have fun.

explore. read. study. investigate.

ask questions.

change viewpoint. stand on head , @ things upside down. close eyes , try remember details of image have seen - fill in 'blanks' can't remember image own ideas.

"match up" things don't go , find hidden connection. can or make rubber band, fork, stapler, , glove?

observe. observe people. observe nature. observe ants on sidewalk. observe way water drains in bathtub. observe pattern of movement of wind chimes blowing in wind outside window (i'm watching them right now!). observe "pattern" of clothes hanging in closet or lying on floor or stuffed in laundry basket.

listen ticking of clock. (i'm hearing write this.) 'saying'? how make feel? how can translate sound, rhythm, loneliness piece of art?

i'm artist in school , i've had lot of trouble coming inspiration , feel have general lack of creativity. there ways increase creativity?
