anonymity on internet myth. can tracked anytime - if person know , how.
proxy server make anonymous dumb, public, not someone, want deliberately compromise security , track activity long enough time.
well, example, if want illegal activity , hide organizations such fbi or similar - no chance.
if wanna make fun or tough people on forum , hide real ip - it's quite enough.
