Is there anything I can do legally about the things going on at work?
work @ subway in oregon. advertised, month 5 dollar foot long month. during time, expect, lot busier usual. hired 4 new employees, these employees cannot use register , cannot take drive thru orders. being said, i'm 1 of main closers @ store. last week came work on friday night , saw working 2 new girls. during night got pretty busy, during 1 hour made on 50 sandwiches. wouldn't have been bad 3 people (even though average number of sandwiches made per person supposed ten) but, since 1 use register or take drive thru's, found myself literally running , forth down line. next night little slower again stuck 2 new girls. came sunday night. got work @ 4 , realized going myself , 1 other girl rest of night. @ 5 or 5:30 got pretty busy, 7 out of bread. around 7:30, customer asked flat bread. had run out front went go fridge in back. on way slipped , fell on side, hit ground pretty hard. got , continued working. there line of customers door witnessed fall, 1 of them being old friend high school. night finished close , @ 10:30, got go home. sat down in car, sides , hurt. when got home texted manager , told fell , laid down , ended rolling around in bed in pain, not being able sleep until 4:00 am. knew couldn't handle night that, made doctor appointment 9am morning. when got doctor, refused see me because fell @ work. sent me down occupational health. when got there, told me wouldn't able see me until wednesday. couldn't wait long seen. told me go urgent care or go emergency room. ended going er. told had several muscle contusions in sides , back.
owner mad didn't call him when fell. made me cry while trying explain happened on phone. when went work again mom 801 form, manager rolled eyes when said sore.
when returned work again yesterday, given write several things. lot of things written things @ store does, including manager. after manager left, couple girls talked me , told me couldn't find fall on camera , had been accusing me of lying behind back, rumor started manager. along rumor, being spread around went er because wanted them have pay lot. when in reality, wanted see doctor. have incredible insurance, costs me $5 see doctor , prescriptions free. told girls there had been rumor me stealing money, shocked me. morning woke text manager telling me had go home shift on , no longer allowed stay after , dishes or out girls closing.
while i'm @ work, feel i'm walking around target on ever since fell. feel they're looking ways me fired or ways punish me because filed workmen's comp. don't want @ work anymore. i'm uncomfortable , feel i'm going in trouble do.
can legally this? go other owners , managers @ store?
