Second opinion on a PC problem?


hello need second opinion sisters boyfriend asked me take @ pc gets green stripes down screen thought monitor or cables plugged spare monitor spare vga lead , wasn't jumped conclusion that's graphic failure signs apart 1 thing. pc doesn't boot windows. goes far when os starts boot black screen. think might motherboard failure says has replaced motherboard recently. i'm not yet ruling out motherboard failure/ graphics failure.

don't know spec has gcard , motherboard doesn't have on board graphics.

ideas/theory's on appreciated thank
