Shimano Deore Sticking 10 spd not lx?


happened again morning, , pissing me off. came bicycle trek 7.6, days smooth , responsive, other days notice definitive sticking in mid range gears, more when cold, more on finger trigger thumb. brought shop 3 or 4 times, problem never happens when try it. said shifting, emailed trek, said same. have 1000 miles on bike, know how shift, , have used various pressures , same thing, 30 second delay. thought maybe right, 1 day cold, 4 degrees, quit working together. researched , see lot complain same issue. ideas on correction? or suitable replacement? not race it, annoying ****.
