gumbo, pumpkin pie, grits (plain , fancy), clam chowder, hard shell tacos , turkey pie examples. country large regional cuisines vary.

grape jelly , peanut butter liked don't know if count cuisine.

question apply canada, although canadians don't have varied diet.

i know eat lot of processed foods, have hundreds of dishes , foods originate there (much of favorite foods). idea come from?
