Will jogging everyday increase my endurance?


jogging great way improve aerobic fitness, don't think want me bore details why... does. professional footballers lot of fitness work involving running, helps them last longer in match, however, older aerobic fitness decreases, why see players scholes not play full 90 minutes... yeah, run!

because find hard last full 90 minutes on pitch. endurance low , thinking of jogging everyday friend build endurance ?
