If im stranded on a sail boat in the ocean can i drink the ocean water?

not without distilling remove salt, otherwise screw blood/cell fluid balance.

if you're on cabin sailboat, if haven't got desalinator on board, it's pretty easy rig makeshift solar-heated water-still -- need big bucket seawater (or urine!) in it, smaller bowl/container centred inside on blocks/wedges, , sheet of plastic stretched on top , weighted down in middle.

leave covered bucket secured upright, , in sun: seawater(/urine) warm up, , start evaporate, vapour condense on underside of plastic, , run middle , drip inner container. might little brackish, that's still better full-strength seawater(/urine). work in relatively calm conditions -- if have wind/waves, sailboat wouldn't 'stranded' anywhere.

if you're in sailing dinghy though, i'm afraid might be, erm, stuffed.
