How to wire multiple ethernet cables together in LAN?


if modem acts router, , has 1 lan output, need purchase ethernet switch. refer modem's documentation see it's capabilities are.

if modem doesn't act router in addition modem, need purchase router. allow have multiple devices connected internet connection, providing measure of protection. routers have uplink port (which connects modem) , 4-6 lan ports (which switch ports). additionally, can 1 wifi built in, , in cases difference between wifi , wired negligible (if want wifi).

trying lay several different ethernet cables different rooms in house cable modern lan output port. know simple if 1 direct line 1 room. how connect of them 1 lan multiple lines?

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
