My child was suspended for wearing a hoodie in school, he has an IEP and has been diagnosed with AD-HD.?


there no law against suspending students on iep. students including special education students must follow school district policy.

iep team should determine meeting within 10 days within course of school year. should plan implement functional behavioral assessment (fba). should create (or can modify if has one) behavioral intervention plan (bip). should dictate whether child's behavior applicable child's disability outlined in iep.

if iep team determines whether child's disability played conducting role in child's behavior regarding situation, iep team implement functional behavior assessment. implement behavior intervention plan if not completed previous times. before happens, child able return school. suspension more removed child's record overall. after these behavior plans , assessments obtained, iep team determine services fit needs child able achieve iep goals. luck!

he o.c.d , has been receives special education in school anemic, school attends every cold , suspended 3 days, there law against suspending him?

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
