My employer is esitmating that my cash tips are 18% and taking taxes out according to that. Is the right? I?


sure calculating tips @ 18%? 8%. if company tip average 18%, can calculate tips @ 18%.

paycheck $0 because never made enough cover deductions.
cannot paid in negative, take money in check until $0 , responsible paying remainder of taxes , deductions.

i have never received paycheck amount on it. check 0. company says because of paying taxes 2.13 wage , tip amounts. not understand how calculating cash tips 18% of weekly sales???

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
