What should I do about my son telling me that the boy who sits next to him in class showed him his penis twice?


son in second grade , sons friend keeps telling other boy things. other boy sits next son , son said other boy told him , taped on sons shoulder , when looked other boy had opened pants , exposing privates son. son told other boy not again or tell next day did again. best way deal this? dont want on react. dont know if normal or if has ever had similar problem know did , how worked out. living here long time , son go same school these kids several years. want resolve problem least amount of trouble possible can go being freinds. , don't realy have idea why other boy started showing penis son. son says afraid tell because doesnt want in trouble seeing other boys privates. if tell school do? dont want them extreme maybe move seats , tell boy not show people privates. normal 8 year old?
