What should my 400m and 800m times be if I want to run the high school 4x400m relay and 800m?


private school got athletics program high schoolers year , starting track in couple weeks. state champ in our christian league cross country year, long distance isn't of challenge me. i'm average sprinter, thought i'd challenge myself trying run 4x400 relay , 800 race. i'm starting training asap i'm not sure 400m , 800m times should shoot for. know average times these races on jv , varsity in high school?

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
