Can i get in trouble for my 8 year old drawing outside my flat with Chalk?


recieved intimidating letter last night landlord stating daughter has caused serious criminal damange walls path , fence chalk. have been given 2 days clean off otherwise b given cleaning bill , possibly reported police!! im infuriated..... surely cant serious.... has drawn nothing offensive , washes off.
