I need a ton of help with spotting in dance?


started jazz class last week first time in years, remember spotting when younger can't seem it. these girls have been dancing since 2 , know , spotting sucks , dizzy , can't focus on turn. , after dizziness subsides after turn comes , im naturally dizzy person inner ear problem , have hard time. how can spot? tips or tricks? btw there isn't on walls in dance studio.... have blue walls , there nothing visually focus on....
