not illegal talk someone, no. illegal harass someone, , if did not want speak considered harassing. sound if person little grumpy, , not have gotten kicked off until continued after stewardess warned you.

i sat down on delta flight last week , said "hey, how you" guy next me. murmured couldn't hear , gave me glare, asked him if wrong, , said "shut or i'll call air hostess , kicked off".
