How to get my portraits to look less cartoon-ish?


drawing portraits of faces, i'm literally obsessed it. can basic shape down , have practiced drawing lines see rather whole image. draw photos way. difficulty have drawing eyes realistic, lack depth. problem have mouth, expressions feel blank , smile/expression looks blank. need tips on how draw mouth well, , eyes more realistic, rather cartoon or outline. eyes more silhouette if helps understand. have improved over-all practice need tips on shading around eyes , such. thanks!

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
