If I have a low energy what vitamen am I low on?


use vitamin b12 or vitamin b complex. had same problem , started taking 1 tab daily , noticed drastic difference immediately. also, b vitamin, make sure drink lot of water since has dehydrating effect on body. if sleeping more 8-9 hours, try cut in steps knocking off hour using alarm clock placed have shut off. don't push more hour every 2 weeks or serotonin secretions won't have time adjust, though may want consider lowering sleep more gradually if have been sleeping more 9 hours/night few years. if sleep less 7 hours night need valerian root extract, herb/vitamin supplement, consult doctor before taking such pill since many of herbal supplements may interact poorly medication. know valerian can interfere anti-depressants , other drugs, make sure check physician before take it.
