i'd rather walk 200 miles real bicycle shop & 1 vs. spending $200 on wally world "bicycle shaped object". answer question?

if there's bike shop in area specializes in refurbished and/or used bikes - yes - go route. ask one, sold through bike shop.

ive asked similar question before want clarification, want know if walmart mountain bike cut guy rides around neighborhood , goes on trails once or twice month. have 200 dollar budget, used bikes option?
