Would this be an ok note to give my dance teacher?


nothing special going on, want help. give few facts first, have had tough time depression, self harm , few other things has been there me through all. things starting wanted sy thankyou. if have corrections/ideas, please say.

wanted thankyou have done me. have been way more dance teacher, , great inspiration.
through dance, have learned trust myself more , have taught me can set mind to. through hard work , dedication group, starting become better person few years ago.
want thank great source of support have been when things haven't been great outside of dance. don't know if realise how have helped me being there talk , never giving on me, can don't think things getting better if hadn't have been there.i feel we're source of support had @ times. , want let know how grateful that.

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
