if want use photographs not yours, photographs owner has said public has permission use them, such creative commons license.

there exception photographs automatically public domain , available use, notably photographs taken federal government.

if there particular photograph use not explicitly give permission uses such yours, request permission photographer.

giving credit photographer common courtesy, still need permission.

if put uncopyrighed images, still proffesional in youtube videos, , state not mine , can use them?
