How to add more horsepower to a Pontiac?

have simple , straight-forward question, want add horsepower 1998 pontiac grand prix gtp superchaged. comes stock 240-hp, fast love boost @ least 300-hp. myself know nothing cars , add make them little faster. guess question is, need add car 300-hp. thank in advance!
