More Haikus experts required..?


enjoy haiku format day.vid, though far being expert in of anything. while realize accepted form has become 5-7-5, wasn't originated in way, think?

if effort combine 4 haiku's in sense of theme, did well. if meant follow 5-7-5 think off that, again, no sin. entirety of piece works well.

can hear surge?
terminus shore
sun looking down.

reflection starts image.
open cage door
, enjoy freedom.

roads melting.
sweating heat
feel road.

can push me gently
care needed
bruise quiet easily.

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
