What made so many Europeans migrate to South Africa?


easy! land. many able aquire land have never aquired, had remained in europe. south africa presented them opportunity become land owners , fertile places in land. in europe, kings , aristocrats own land , ordinary people not own d. peasants walking , down no future. when saw opportunity free king took it. strifed call afrikaaners. , claimed not europeans , africa home. changed languages , adopted 1 created dutch , english. moved further , further south africa, took land africans , demolished villages. today these called afrikaners , former european peasants, owners of land , rich former masters.

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
