Why am I afraid to go skiing?


i'm afraid of going on ski lift or ill start tumbling down mountain , not able stop or boyfriend tired of going down bunny hill , leave me alone.. idk why i'm such worry wart everything! think thing once few times ill ok? oh , suggestions on keeping feet warm? i'm super cold person, much!

10 year old who I babysit has hit me, etc. What should I do?
