Best Nvidia Graphics card for around 150?


of course, cheaper 150 nice, what's best nvidia card around that. i'm using 9800gt i've had around 4 years, , thinking getting simcity when released next month , able play on max settings without lag. since game isn't released yet not sure if that's possible $150, got 3.3ghz 6core processor , 16g ram aren't problem, when built pc used old gpu , trying upgrade it.
