What does this Chinese symbol mean?


word on first image "福” means forturn in china. kind of wishes , blessings. in beginning of new year chinese spring festival, every family put stick on door wish forturn.

words on second image "刘邦", first emperor (han gao zu in chinese) of han dynasty. while "破釜沉舟" comes chinese history story, quite interesting. way, know xiang yu (项羽), hero during han dynasty? him made story happened. phrase means "burn 1 boats , ready end".

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
