Why does my 11 year old keep losing so much weight?


11 year old daughter developed , average height. keeps losing weight no reason, know shes eating but, used 14/16 in kids , went size 12 , shes complaining size 12 big. can tell looking @ shes looking alot skinnier used healthy child dont know whats going on. please help!!!
