My lizard is still alive but barly moving and is not opening his eyes...I want to know the best thing to do.?

see couple different scenarios if bearded dragon...which i'm assuming is.

problem 1. if have him on sand impacted.
solution 1. first soak him , rub middle of belly vent thumb soaking in warm water. change substrate right away reptile carpet, paper towels, or tile.

problem 2. uvb deficiency.
solution 2. uvb bulb, such solar flare 160 watt. combines uvb , basking. dust crickets calcium.

problem 3. dehydrated. said isn't "drinking" i'm not sure if realize this, bearded dragons not drink, soak water.
solution 3. soak him daily in luke warm water 20-30 min until eating , pooping , go 1 or 2 soaking week. add melons , cucumbers salad , mist salad water.

problem 4. incorrect temperatures
solution 4. basking area needs 110ish degrees, , rest of tank needs maintain 80 degrees. solar flare bulb can accommodate high heat temps , uvb in 1 bulb.
