Should gym teachers let their students pick their own groups?


think teachers should pick groups because:

when @ school teacher picked 'captains' 'captains' take turns pick team.
teacher never picked me captain 10 years knew , picked last 'captains', knew why, because terrible @ sport whichever group ended in i'd hear collective moan others in group. :-(

saying sports teacher biased , if not @ sport didn't you, remember couple of years when teaching 2 classes split 3 groups.
groups fantastic @ sport, taught herself
group b ok @ sport, again, taught them
group c awfull @ sport, left different teacher

depends on teacher well.

i don't think should because going picked last , going horrible in front of else , it's humiliating them , makes them feel horrible , lowers self esteem
