Good foods to eat before a soccer game?


lots of pasta , chicken. "carbo-loading" lot of professional , collegiate athletes couple days , night before games. no food going make run longer (that's fitness for), eating healthy foods feel , little more energized. you're not going see massive difference in energy level, when it's late in game shouldn't cramps. have fast metabolism bad cramps during game if don't eat enough or eat before games. in addition pasta , chicken night before, day of game before warm up, eat cliff bar or power bar. doesn't seem much, that'll give little boost of energy , give tummy little food work off of right before.

also, don't drinking soda or caffeine filled drinks night before few nights before game. hydrate water , maybe gatorade. during game if come out or @ half time, drink gatorade (in addition water) because there's pretty decent amount of sugar in should give little energy boost next half. hope helps!

when i'm running in soccer, out of breath , gastric acid in stomach hurts bad. need foods give me lots of energy soccer game tomorrow , make me last longer. i'll answer yours :) thanks!! ps: i'm 13 , play defence , have run , change direction pretty fast
