Why do multi-tools never have a corkscrew?


swiss army knives have many models corkscrews. however, leverage disadvantage. have carried corkscrew bottle of wine many wilderness areas. haul corkscrew leverage mechanism when take wine because pulling many corks can painful without leverage. have @ least 3 corkscrews, while own 2 victorinox knives. guess corkscrew valuable survival tool should added our "ten essentials."

how can man survive in wild or teotwawki without corkscrew?
hence part of edc venerable swiss army knife, on belt.

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
