My new parrotlet wont stop biting its feathers and itching.. I think he is itching at least?


got parrotlet, 3 months old. have had him day, , have never had bird before want make sure okay. did lot of research , people said don't worry can't it.
since got him sits in of cage still getting used everything, climbed 1 of toys , keeps puffing up, , doing looks itching, , pulling out feathers. pulls out feathers kind of speak not stop.
help? okay? chirping, don't know if that's sign.
