Does weightlifting actually affect boxing?


expefimenting right now. have found focusing on explosive movements simulate boxing footwork, punching, , defensive movements using legs , torso work best. should not bulky way , build practical boxing muscles , not bodybuilder muscles. recommend watch on youtube mayweather training way , marquez new training regimen heredia helped him ko pacquiao. have been doing right arm months , have ko power did not before. next same left prove myself doing way effective.

just curious know. don't think bothered me unless lifted before boxing. has slowed down or helped you?
