non organic farming known conventional farming. method commonly used in developed world results in higher crop yields organic farming. man made nitrogen , phosphorous fertilisers used increase level of nutrients in soil, pesticides, herbicides , fungicides chemicals used control bugs, weeds , fungi respectively. known it's use of minimum tillage techniques, unlike organic farming land must tilled several times in order create "stale seedbed" (so there no weed seeds present), possible followed intra , inter row hoeing rid of weeds spring when carried plot wind , animals.
contrary people saying here, there not evidence suggest non organic produce harmful human health. also, if managed correctly, example following environmental stewardship schemes in uk, can minimise impact on environment. unfortunately agriculture, both organic , conventional causes pollution of sort.
conventional farmers tend have lot of respect land , it's surrounding, unlike posters have suggested. after all, livelihood , in interest preserve it. farm run economically tends run environmentally well.
