Airplanes and Sleeping Pills?


hello. going holiday (spain, yay!) , such forced travel via air. have massive fear of flying xd , i'm wondering on taking sleeping pills sleep through entire procedure.

have some, uh, worries;

1. sleeping pills safe?
2. allowed take them on plane?
3. how long they, usually, take take effect?
, lastly, when should take them? when i'm on plane? when i'm waiting it? or even, when leave home?
