I own a Schwinn Intersection bike, I need help figuring out upgrade measurements.?

i've had bike 3 years now. make single speed bike fixed gear bike. far upgrades i've installed freedom elite urban thickslick tires, newbaum's cotton handlebar tape, , new seat.
want aerospoke rim, 700c rear rim (machined). want new crankset, bullhorn handlebars, stem, , brakes. however, not know how figure out measurements these parts. visited bikepedia hoping have bike on file part measurements, nothing there bike. how can go doing this? appreciated, thank you!
