Differences between Animals and humans?


humans differ primate counterparts , other nonhuman animals in several aspects:

-habitually bipedal
-foramen magnum located farther underneath base of skull
-humans have 46 chromosomes
-greater capacity cognitive thought (encephalized)
-capable of structured language (highly sophisticated forms of communication); noam chomsky dubbed ug or universal grammar.
-humans have permanent culture (which fosters birth of new ideas)
-a opposable thumb
-thinner body hair , more productive sweat glands
-we can manipulate objects greater precision
-complex theory of mind

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
