What is the best way to search for this person using birth/marriage records + electoral roll?


know year of birth. know town living when 19. know father had died before 19 , had older brother. have description of him when 19 doesn't come in birth records. have access ancestry.com , 192.com births/marriages etc novice @ genealogy i'm not sure order should search for. name isn't smith it's not uncommon either, there quite few records have nothing him.

i've pulled 32 birth records name year +/- 3 years. 4 of these born in same town.

i've got 151 marriages in name 10 same town, during right time period. have been divorced , re-married have same middle initial.

have 8 matches on latest electoral roll in same town have no idea how old are. can guess few because have searched birth records of others living there. appear children , others wives living alone , have many matches don't know i'm looking at.

i'm getting confused these records, telling me should search first. i'm looking find address of living relative.
