Are plus lenses a good idea to treat myopia?


they're opposite minus lenses improve distance vision while worn. plus lenses prescribed long-sight , presbyopia. i've heard can relax eye of people myopia less -2 still have focus on close objects. people -3 myopia have focus on objects closer normal reading distance (30-40cm)? have effect wearing these lenses make vision maybe -5? watched y'tube vid , showed eye shortens make see better through plus lens (as if strong enough makes focused distance time). i've heard cause cataracts, retinal detachments , other serious disesases. view links people claiming here:
