White fuzz on turtle shell?

got turtle yesterday , today got fuzz on it, seems me need take turtle got it, bought/recieved ill turtle,

i got cagle's map turtle yesterday , put our 55 gallon tank. adjusted today noticed has weird white fuzz on top of shell. staying close heater though temperature of water saying 80 degrees.
