High E String problem on Acoustic Guitar?


thought problem string, after restringed guitar different brand, still has problems.

can correctly play string until 5/6th , low 15th fret, in between 6th , 15th, every fret sounds if fingering 14th fret. it's tuned , everything, frets "stuck" in tone.

i've said before, i've re-stringed guitar different brand, can't string. tried fiddling wit bridge, nothing seems work. maybe it's saddle? if that's case, don't know fix it. heeelllp
