Question about restaurant food?


have lot of restaurants , many buffets around, , i'm kind of on diet every time don't go restaurants or buffets much, , don't eat dessert or drink soda pop of time @ restaurant or buffet, maybe go restaurant every 2 or 3 weeks , buffet every 2 or 3 months. restaurants , buffets or these restaurants or buffets change if in whole world eat , drink this, mean if in whole world go restaurant once every 3 weeks , buffet once every 3 months?
(then guess that's not customers restaurants or buffets)
